Lightwork User Agreement

Purpose of This User Agreement

This User Agreement, and all policies posted on our site set out the terms on which Lightwork offers you access to and use of our site, services, applications, and tools. Lightwork operates under the rules and jurisdictions governed by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology of Thailand.

The entity you are contracting with is LIGHTWORK AI COMPANY LIMITED (“Lightwork” or “We”), located in Bangkok, Thailand. We acknowledge the privacy and safety of users’ sensitive information. The following statements explain the scope of our practices and operations of our website, https://www.lightworkai.com. By using Lightwork’s services, users agree to comply with all the terms and conditions below. Users also acknowledge that they have read and understand our policies and practices. This User Agreement is effective immediately upon registering as a user in our website, including registration of an account during the free trial period. Users also agree to comply with information technology laws that pertain to the country in which Lightwork’s services are accessed from.

Services Provided

Lightwork provides a marketplace of ready-to-use, software automation technology products for corporate clients. We assist business teams with our marketplace of ready-to-use automation solutions for accounting & finance, procurement, and revenue teams. 

The products available on our marketplace (the “Services“) are:

  1. Lightwork StatementPro
  2. Lightwork G-LEAD
  3. Lightwork KYB
We shall provide you with suppor relating to the Services, including video tutorials and documentation provided through our website.
 
Lightwork may provide upgrades, patches, enhacenments, or fixes for the Services to you (“Updates”), and such Updates will become part of the Services and subject to this Agreement. You understand that Lightwork may cease to support old versions or releases of the Services at any time in its sole discretion, provided that Lightwork shall use commercially reasonable efforts to give you prior notice of any major changes. 
 
Using Lightwork Services
Lightwork grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to electronically access and use the Services. Lightwork does not sell to you, and you do not have the right to sublicense the Lightwork intellectual property.
 
While using or accessing the Services of Lightwork, users will not:
  • Breach or circumvent any laws, third party right or our systems, policies, or determinations of your account status
  • Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Lightwork, or the interests or property of Lightwork users 
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access our Services for any purpose
  • Interfere with the working of our Services, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
  • Export or re-export any Lightwork application or tool except in compliance with the export control laws of any relevant jurisdictions and in accordance with posted rules and restrictions
  • Copy, modify, or distribute rights or content from our Services or Lightwork’s copyrights, trademarks, logo
  • Claim or register ownership of Lightwork intellectual property on your behalf or on behalf of others
  • Copy, reproduce, reverse engiener, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except for your information) from our sites, services, applications, or tools without the prior express written permission of Lightwork and the appropriate third party, as applicable;
  • Commercialize any Lightwork application, tool, or any information or software associated with such application without our consent
  • Utilize Lightwork to harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent
Lightwokr bears the legal right to immediately cancel accounts that have operated in breach of this User Agreement. Lightwork also bears the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts, accounts that have been inactive for a long time, or modify or discontinue our Services.
 
Disclaimers and Liabilities
These terms only limit our responsibilities as allowed by applicable law. Lightwork is not responsible for any other losses, damages, deaths, or personal injuries, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentations, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
 
If you are an organization, then to the extent allowed by applicable law, Lightwork’s total liability arising out of these terms is limited to 100% of the fees that you paid to use the relevant Services in the past one (1) month before any incident.
 
Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. Lightwork hereby disclaims all warranties whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 
 
Support Service Scope 
Standard Support
For customers who purchase or renew a subscription to one or more of the Services: we will provide advice, instruction, or show examples about how to use our platform.
 
Issue Support
If a customer finds any issue on our platform, customer shall promptly inform us through our provided communication channels, and we will make our best efforts to resolve the issues within 2-3 days. 
 
Refund Policy
Once your subscription starts, any refund requests shall not be approved. If you wonder whether Lightwork Services are right for you, or if you have any questions regarding our features, please feel free to contact us for further support, clarification, and for a free trial.
 
Changes to this Agreement and/or the Services
Lightwork reserves the right to alter this User Agreement at any time. Such changes will be effective and legally binding on you when posted on our website for the service or when we use reasonable efforts to notify you by other means. Please review this User Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after an amended User Agreement is posted on this website or is otherwise brought to your attention signifies that you agree and accept to be legally bound by the changes. 
 
Governing Law
This User Agreement and these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
